Welcome to AIdeaStorm! AIdeaStorm is a website that provides access to a wide range of innovation ideas designed to inspire and support the development of your business or projects. By using AIdeaStorm, you agree to the following terms of use.

1. General

AIdeaStorm is a marketing name operated by Viimo Oy (Business ID: 2347996-6). Viimo Oy is a Finnish company located at Karnaistenkatu 7 B 12, 08100 Lohja, Finland. These terms apply to all our services and content available on the website.

2. Service Content and Disclaimer

AIdeaStorm provides access to innovation ideas but does not guarantee their functionality, profitability, or suitability for any specific purpose. Our innovation ideas are conceptual and have not been practically tested. Users must evaluate each idea based on their own skills, resources, and the general and local market conditions before implementation.

Please note that some ideas may still be in development and may require further refinement. AIdeaStorm does not conduct novelty checks on the ideas it develops, which means that an idea published on the site may already exist or even be in use elsewhere.

3. Subscriber Rights and Responsibilities

When you subscribe to access AIdeaStorm's innovation network, you receive full access to all previously published innovation ideas as well as all new ideas published within the following 12 months.

You have the right to use these ideas as they are, combine elements from different ones, or use them for their intended purpose – for example, to launch a business based on an idea featured in our innovation network under your own name.

Your access typically begins within 24 hours of successful registration and payment. However, in the event of exceptional situations (such as payment service disruptions, server issues, or unusually high demand), we reserve the right to activate your access within 72 hours of successful registration and payment.

Important: Any direct or indirect copying, resale, or commercial use of innovation ideas intended for third-party use without written permission from Viimo Oy is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on AIdeaStorm is the property of Viimo Oy or its partners and is protected by copyright law. You may use the content as outlined in these terms of use but may not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit it without prior permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

AIdeaStorm's products and services, including access to the innovation network, are digital and non-refundable once payment has been made. By subscribing, you agree that you have no right to cancel, as the content becomes available immediately after payment.

6. A Positive Message

We aim to inspire and energise! AIdeaStorm gives you access to unique and creative innovation ideas that can serve as a valuable starting point for successful projects and business ventures. By using our service, you open the door to developing and enriching your own innovations.

7. Changes to the Terms

Viimo Oy reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

8. Payment Service Provider

The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a license to operate as a payment institution.
